Not all K-Marts have these markdowns done at the same time...out of the 4 stores in my city only 3 have any games scanning at an extra clearance discount. Of course, that's also the store with the largest selection of clearanced games...bastards.

Very true. Plasma, LCD, DLP...makes no difference what kind...if you're using a TV for gaming you need to find one with at least an 8ms refresh rate. HDTVs for gaming, it's all about the refresh rate. Those Olevia's probably just had a slower one than what is needed to play a game like...

All of the Samsung DLPs are great for HD viewing, specifically gaming and hd-dvd/brd. Any Samsung TV from 2005 on has a built in "gaming mode". Although you probably won't use such a feature without making your own personal tweaks to your display settings, it is comforting to know a TV...
