You could try calling. I just let mine run out the clock and get canceled after about a week.

Sometimes it breaks. It's not really supposed to work online but they've allowed it during the pandemic. If the active offer says V2 it should work online but mine was broken for the end of January. I used my last one February 1st as soon as it worked in my cart.

Anyone know if Best Buy is going to have an exclusive disc like in the Season One box? It had some decent extras. Worth going to BB over another B&M store but probably not worth the cost difference with DDD.
