    Psychonauts (PC) - $9.99 new

Anyone played this on PC without using a gamepad? How is it with a mouse/keyboard? And munch, I started comp. gaming on an Apple. Some good times. Ultima, Bungie's Marathon, . . . good times . . . those were the days.

The Official PC Topic for TES IV: Oblivion

Looked through gamefaqs. Pretty useless at this point. Here's the thing: Character is level 7, and I have attempted to do the "close the oblivion door" dealio in Kvatch several times. Every time I get to the blood tower/phallus of fear/whatever, I get my a** handed to me by two dark knight-types...

Circuit City videogame/PC game markdowns 2/24

Anyone play Thief: Deadly Shadows? Seems like such a good deal. I remember that the reviews were so-so, but I don't always trust reviews. For example, I liked Deus Ex II more than the reviews led me to believe I would. If you could forgive the pos framerates, it was an entertaining title.

British DVD sale at Amazon; some very decent deals

Too many decent deals to mention them all, but a couple of examples are the complete Prisoner mega-set (10 DVDs) for $57 (much less than what others charge) and a complete history of England set for around $27. Check it out. Link to the Prisoner set...

Some Japanese horror dvds @ Amazon for $8.49

Sorry if a repost, but a search yielded no results. Amazon.com has some decent Japanese horror films for $8.49 each. A couple of titles include "Old Boy" (not exactly a horror film) and "A Tale of Two Sisters - Deluxe Ed."...

Some Miyazaki DVDs $14.99 at BB and other anime movies for $14.99.

I finally saw Spirited Away recently. Before I actually sat through it I thought it must be over-hyped; no way is it going to be as "groundbreaking" as everyone claims (I'm definately not an anime fan). Boy was I wrong. That is one of the best films I've seen in a long time. Simply mezmerizing...

Circuit City, Best Buy & Target Ads for 1.23.05 - 1.29.05

"Last Tango in Paris" for $8?!? Wow! Worth it for one of the most disturbing scenes in cinema ever. Think an aging Marlon Brando, a stick of butter, a rather tasteless fantasy, and a willing female accomplice with long fingers.

The REAL OFFICIAL CC $4.99 game list - Now with official CC List scans!

My CC (near Portsmouth, NH) has had nothing but two lousy games at the $4.99 price. No empty spots on the shelves either. I have a feeling that if I go there on Sunday, I'll find a musty copy of Pryzm the Unicorn and nothing else marked down. . . . Oh, the joy.
