Everyone else noticing that the new "updates" for popular games are nothing more that NEW ADVERTISEMENTS? For example... graw 2 latest update = new posters for man vs wild on discovery channel all over the game PRG 3 = new ads for movie coming out etc..etc...etc.... And the WORST is rainbow...

Hey guys, I just started playing oblivion on the 360, and I notice that at times, especially when talking around in the woods, that the screen seems to pause (frame rate drops DRASTICALLY) for a few moments, and then goes back to normal. Should it be doing this? I am assuming its doing this...
