Virtual Console version of Super Mario World Question

I thought that was Mario 3 or did they also put it in Mario World?

Is the Nykp Perfect Shot any good?

I don't see how the zapper or perfect shot would be good for Metroid Prime 3. Since there is no "zapper support" you need to get to the D-pad to change visors and the + button to activate hypermode. However, I'd like to hear how it works for Heroes 2

Do I need a router, hub or something else?

You should ask your on campus network if they allow multiple hook ups via a switch. Otherwise you'd need a router just like a residential cable/DSL connection

    B1G1 Used Xbox Games at GS (1/11 - 1/17) YMMV (B2G1 not)

Is there a list of those "must have" Xbox games? I bought an XBox to run XBMC but I haven't gotten any games for it and a list of "good" titles would be helpful for looking through my local GS.

Ghost Squad - Gen. Discussion & Info

You need to do party mode and someplace on the bottom of the user start screen lets you do party, ninja, and normal mode. Just make sure everyone has "joined" the game before selecting your mode.

    Should I Buy a Wii?

It's a tough call, especially if you need to fix your 360 or just did and are down $100. I would hold off, $300 is a lot of 360 games. If you are itching for another console to play because you've already played every 360 game then I'd get it otherwise just get all those 360 games you haven't...

    Should I Buy a Wii?

Do you already own another console or gaming PC?

    Smarty Pants - Surprisingly Awesome

Sounds like fun, but I already have Warioware, Ghost Squad and RRR2. Plus a friend who I normally end up playing Wii with has Strikers so pretty good on the party games. However, sounds like fun.

    Rayman Raving Rabids 2

I have both and they play differently. I don't like Warioware multiplayer, having to pass the remote around just plain sucks. This is not a problem if you are playing with 2 people but with 3-4 people it's a pain. Being able to have 4 people play at the same time is a blast. My only...

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games! IN STORES! Party Game of The Season?! IGN: 7.9!

Even though it's a Sega game not a Nintendo game I would imagine a price drop won't happen until next Christmas at least. Most of the launch title have only recently price dropped and most of those are crappy games nobody wanted. This is a solid title with licensed characters so it'll be $50...

Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles $35, Puzzle Quest $15 - Amazon

I already own Ghost Squad and not really interested in Puzzle Quest (have it for DS already). Thank you OP

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games 37.98 at amazon

It's the sale price. If it's a price drop everyone would be selling it at $38. Amazon just matched CC's price for some odd reason

    Wireless router suggestions?

I don't know about $49 as a normal price but it is a good router. I just checked CC and they do have it for $49 (80-30 IR). Although I want to say the quality of the router has gone down since the first version was produced, but still a solid choice. I have two Buffalo extended range routers...

TRU past b2g1 free on Wii Trade in with gift receipt

I traded in my "Free" game the week of the sale. I later traded in one of the non-free games for a new one. I am going to see how NiGHTS is and maybe get that, DBZ3, or Mario & Sonic.

    Better for going online

If so, I'm getting Nintendo to return the game for me. If an OFFICIALLY licensed game can't use the default hardware of my machine then I'm calling it quits. Wireless is fine as long as you have a good connection between your Wii and wireless router.

That's what I was trying to say.

    Better for going online

For ease of use wireless can't be beat. Yes, wired is "superior" to wireless. However, if you are in a relatively small area then wireless works fine (~1500 sq ft or less). You also don't have to worry about network cable all over the place or drill holes in the walls to run it through the...

    Better for going online

Do you have any evidence anecdotal or scientific to back this up? As long as you have an 802.11g network with good signal strength I have not seen any problems. Most online games are adversely affected by latency and not bandwidth which is what most people give the reason for wired vs wireless...
