Nazi Zombie mode is certainly cool and well worth playing the whole single player all the way through. I thought the single player was a little weak, but you get the Zombie reward for doing it and it's also a great way to see some of the advanced weapons for later use in multiplayer.

I believe so. When you first spawn into the game press the "D" pad around and it will give you squad options. You can start your own squad or join another. Once you start a squas you can then send out enlistment requests through squad management. I believe each squad can only have 5 players...

It's squad based combat so you have to enlist or start a squad. That's one of the hard parts, its almost impossible to do very well with out an organized squad. Pretty difficult to achieve in a demo.
