Finally got around to hunting another dragon. Killed it easily and absorbed its soul normally. Maybe it was just a one-time thing.

It ain't moving. :) While uploading pics of the non-decomposing dragon to Photobucket, I just witnessed my first flying mammoth. Outside of the choppy framerate that would pop up after playing several hours in a row, I'd had no problems until this afternoon. Thanks, Bethesda!

So much for the update. Fired up the PS3 after getting home from work, download and install the new update, and start playing. Just killed a dragon 5 minutes ago and am still waiting to absorb its soul. I've only got 4 stockpiled, so it doesn't leave me with too much room to learn more...

Got attacked by 2 dragons at the same time, a frost and a blood dragon. Too busy healing myself to put up much of an attack. After 30 minutes of barely scratching them, I ducked into a nearby mine that the Forsworn were in. Cleaned that out, and when I exited only the frost dragon remained...

Had a run-in a couple of days ago with Krosis. Couldn't figure out how to beat him. I've got a few new spells/weapons, so once I'm done in Labyrinthian I'll give it another shot.

Beast fight!!! I'm near Riverside Shack on my way to the Mzulft ruins, and I spot a giant leading two mammoths. I start to sneak up on them, but before I can start a fight I spot a blood dragon swooping down. He comes after me first, then turns his attention towards my prey. Pretty cool...

I love the Unrelenting Force shout. Comes in handy to open up a path when surrounded by enemies. Just killed a giant with it, after I maneuvered him with his back to the edge of a mountain. Sent him flying, and picked off the other giant with arrows.

Apparently I've been under a rock, as I first heard of this game yesterday, despite loving Ico and SotC. This is definitely going to be a first day pickup for me. I, too, would love a God of War-like HD upgrade for those PS2 classics leading up to the release of this game.
