I created a support ticket sometime last week but got no responses. I was just surprised by it this morning. I would say just wait till the end of the day and if you still don't have a refund just file a chargeback.

Just got a refund for my Borderlands 4-Pack order. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. The lack of communication, long refund time and their continued price mistakes just put a bad taste in my mouth.
