This should be a hit, since everyone I know loves Wii Sports Golf. Heck, even my mother-in-law is buying it for her own Wii (keep in mind that she isn't a "Wii success story," because she's owned at least one console from each generation since the 2600).

I wouldn't pay full price, by any means. But the $19.99 price tag levels out the fact that the game didn't receive great reviews.

Exactly. Look on eBay and you'll see why 98 bucks is such a great deal. Sad, but it's the case with this holiday season.

The funny thing is... a four-game Ritz bundle would save me a lot of money compared to Wal-Mart, EB, etc., since they charge no tax (even without the games, I'm already saving around 10 bucks due to the lack of taxes, even with the higher initial price of the premium system). It's very tempting...

The latest from Ritz: "A 4 game minimum purchase is recommended from our supplier with each Xbox console order to be considered for early order allocation. Product will be heavily constrained through the Holiday season and placement of order does not guarantee immediate shipment."

I don't see why so many people are worried about Ritz. The only really negative comments are about difficult returns and pricematching. Besides, Amazon -- a supposedly large, respectable company -- is the one that has screwed people over the most so far. If Ritz cancels all orders and puts...

Ditto, mine is still there. They've been nothing but nice to me so far. In all reality, it seems as if 95% of the negative comments come from people wanting to pricematch or exchange/return an item. Neither applies to me, so I should be good to go. I don't want a year of Live, PGR, or...

Almost all of their low ratings come from returns or pricematches... neither of which will likely apply to Xbox 360 preorders. I went for it.

Ok, so here's my question: Did they actually run out, or did they cancel ALL orders? I got in on this one eeeaaarly, so I'd be amazed if they didn't cancel every single one. I suppose I'll e-mail them tonight and see what response I get about that. EDIT: Sent an e-mail with questions people...

Ditto on the e-mail. So... great... even though I jumped on this one immediately, they won't keep my order or give me "first come, first served" status anymore. This is the last time I shop Amazon.com (not like I'll make a dent in their bank, but yikes this was lame).

Preordered the premium from Amazon.com (confirmation at 10:18 pm Central, so I better get that first shipment). $5 on Oblivion at EB. Won't do any others until more release date info is out.
