What I've learned about PayPal returns... The associate has to call CS for assistance. You then need the exact CC used or they will give you cash.

I was not aware they will block my account for returning games. That is really odd. It's not that I am returning multiples of each game... It's simply one copy of each.

All 3 of my orders came this week. Glad I ordered 2 copies of each game as some of these "New" games were missing cases. Seriously? Now to return about 15 games to GameStop. I'm sure they will be thrilled to return all of these. Sadly if I had confidence games would be New, I would have ordered...

I tried but could not get through to CS. I considered taking into store but thought they might think I just took the game. I kept the original packaging as well to prove it was not damaged in shipping - It clearly was not put in the case.

Anyone had a "New" copy sent to you opened AND the cart missing? What do you do in this case?

Completely agree. Most sale games I've never heard of. Surprised Myst went on sale the other day but this price still seemed high for being on sale.
