The Hisense Sero non-pro screen is not that great and the battery life is significantly shorter. I would just go with the Pro model.

Look at the Hisense Sero Pro 7 they sell at Walmart. It is basically a clone of last year's Nexus 7 except this one has a microSD slot. They go for about $120 right now.
