FWIW, the BBB site has now removed the ECA's rating and offers the following explanation: "This business is not currently rated. BBB has recently received numerous complaints against this business, and will issue a rating after it has fully evaluated them."

I submitted a trade order last night. The receipt page said their offer expires November 11, so they seem to give you a month to get your stuff in to them. So you should be fine.
