I just wish the $30 could be split for both the Wii U and the 3DS instead of being forced to choose one or the other. 

I tried doing more than one deal for my account and it would not let me.  I don't see why you couldn't do more than one account though. 

I didnt need the card to get the deal.  I just brought the card number given to me online.  A phone number would have worked too.  When the cashier put the number in, she saw that I had loaded the coupon and applied it.

Nintendo did do DLC with Fire Emblem on the 3DS.  Cant think of any other examples though.

I bought an Amazon Kindle Card and after about 2 days, the 500 points appeared in my reward zone account under pending.

Are you sure the Nintendo Club code works for this game? Many older Wii and DS games dont work anymore. EDIT: Its not on the list of eligible products for Nintendo Club Points. It does have Personal Trainer: Cooking but that is a different game.

I registered the console, but never got the credit. Does it take a while or is it credited quickly?

The one I went to must have had at least 60 wristbands, I was worried I might not get one when the 15 people in front of me turned into over 30 because they had saved spots.

Still no luck with this one. I was hoping it would be like the Paranorman ad where it became more common after a few days (at least for me). I've looked for a bout a week now, a little each day and no Skittle ad.
