I picked a 2ds up last time they had the sale, They were sold out of the pokemon bundle but the guy in electronics gave me a regular one and the psychical copy of the game together for the sale price of 99.99.  YMMV but it never hurts to ask.

For games, yes, Theres a twenty off of The Last of us, and ten off of Kingdom hearts 1.5, 32 for TLoU, and 16 for KH1.5, Online it stacks atleast, Also, it comes off after the coupon.

Also, I thought the trade in limit was 3 titles for the same platform?   Say 3 ghosts for X1,  Its what the faq states anyhow.

CoD for X1 is still 22.50 before 100% is applied. 

The way target/bestbuy explained it to me was that as long as it said "by amazon" it was covered. Sold or fulfilled. But I'd still say YMMV.

It does not matter if you claim it was a "mistake". Do you really think they care if it is? I've seen people get tickets for stealing for far less than a coupon. Stop being an ass about it and just buy the mag.
