It does show up, you just have to keep refreshing a lot in order for it to show up since it's an older advert.

You need to make a Canadian Xbox Live account and find the advert on the dashboard. When you find it click on it and while it's open sign into your main account and sign out of the Canadian one and download it with your main account.
