My guess is a ludicrous packing pace set by corporate, carried out on the backs of a handful of workers that could do with more help, but that would mean offering market value wages to attract the additional labor.
It's pretty laughable though that in the first few years of stores opening on Thanksgiving, Gamestop was like "Out of consideration of our employees and their families, we will be closed on TG" where as now they're like, SCREW THAT LOL!

Got mine in a box from BB. God, I thought for the price this one would be larger sized, like the BoTW guardian or something. But it's the same generic size package as all the rest of them for twice the price. fml this crap is getting so insanely overpriced.
I would gladly pay $80-90 a game if I could go back to 90's pricing on housing/healthcare/food/college etc as well. That $3.35 had more buying power then than the 7.25 does today.
