Managed to find a local Walmart where El Hoardo hadn't cleared it out and got everything I was looking for. Now to play through Yakuza 7 like the JRPG nerd I am. Anyways, those still looking be sure to check the cabinets, because a lot of stores aren't bothering to print out clearance prices...

Nioh 2 was still in it's spot in the locked cabinet for me.

El Hoardo beat me there by 30 minutes so I missed out on Yakuza (dammit), but dipshit didn't look to see if any of the clearance games were still in their slots and missed Nioh 2.

Well, the local re-seller bought all 6+ Majora's Mask 3DS at my local Wally World.  Hate that guy.

Managed to snag a 4 TB Seagate Expansion desktop drive for $47.  Not the best drive, but I need something for archiving videos and files I won't be too broken up if I lose them.

For me it would depend on if it's firmware 3.60 or earlier due to certain... things. $80-$100 is generally where I see used Vitas. Not a terrible price for 'em. It's getting a 32gb or 64gb memory card that's gonna hurt.

Most are self-contained stories. So you should be fine. So far playing through this one it has... an overabundance of systems. Gonna need to read some Guides to explain the things I missed, heh.

Wild Arms and Wild Arms 2 have been cheaper before. Although both are solid RPGs, but Wild Arms can be a bit easy to get lost near the end and the combat is a bit shallow. Wild Arms 2 solves a lot of the issues the first had. FFV-IX are the cheapest on PSN they've ever been. All are solid...

No, you'll have to resort to other means. And if you want to use those other means you'll need to be mindful of the version of firmware. That's all I'll say.

Hmmm, there's a Vita for $125 at my local store. 40% would drop that to around $75 after tax. Tempting depending on condition and how recent a version it's been updated to....

My JRPG backlog extends back to shit I bought in the PS1 era.... And RPG backlogs are the absolute worst.

Tales of Hearts R and Tales of Xillia 2 are seriously tempting me....
