Ordered and received 2 Yoshi and 2 Smash.  3 of 4 came with original cases.  I ordered 2 because I forgot to use CAG16 so I ordered again with the code and can just return the duplicate.  Also works out just in case I didn't receive a case for one order, but did for the other.

Not sure how you're getting such cheap shipping unless you're using some negotiated shipping like a company account. But for normal people like me, the cheapest priority shipping is over $7 for a 3 ounce package unless you're shipping to the same state or 1-2 states away. And maybe your post...

Yes. In that scenario, you aren't switching regions on your 1st account since you created a 2nd. The 2nd account will have a 0 balance to start with. So you can freely change with that 2nd account. But obviously purchasing on a 2nd account won't give you coins on your 1st account.
