They were just ducking you because of the Xbox One launch... I was unrelenting in my quest to get it last night, so I went to the store and demanded it several times. I knew they were in the back since they had them on the shelf over a week ago at my local store, it just took some persistence...

Got mine at Wal-Mart for 199.96 + tax.  I had an associate get them from the back room along with 3D World.   All the Xbone people were making fun of me of course.

Saw a bunch of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion packs today for $4.97 and 3 different Star Wars Wii games with a little bonus pack of cards for $4.97 too,

Couple days ago, I ordered DK Country Returns, The Last Story and New Super Mario 2.   All listed as Like New, but much to my delight they all arrived sealed!

I've found other copies of HM with the value sticker over the UPC which makes it $20. The one I got for $1.99 had no value game stickers on the front or back. (wink wink)
