I did and done. Cashier was super cool and had no issue with it. We talked games for a quick minute while he worked it out on the register. Always a YMMV but I got lucky this time around.
Fuck I just canceled my card and I have a Visa Checkout pre-order with BBY too. That means I'm going to be forced to cancel it, I guess. Damnit, Gamestop.
EDIT: I called them and since it was a pre-order and it was a ways out the CSR was able to change my card # on the order and I'm good to go...
I had no interest in ACNL before I wound up with it as my final club nintendo reward and now I've spent more time with it than any other 3DS game. It's an addiction.
this is exactly why I'm avoiding the yesasia site. I'd love to put in an order for meta knight and shulk, but they've been up for way too long for me to risk putting in the order and being stuck with that situation on my hands.
My backlog is too big right now to buy anything, partially because I bought games during their last B2G1 sale. But I'm curious: does BBY usually run this sale this frequently? There are definitely some titles down the road I might want to try.
The manual I can do without, but not having the case with the original artwork bothers me. Thankfully out of the 4 BBY pre-owned games I have bought, all have had artwork. I have one more on the way, hopefully it has artwork too...
It'd be extra work to toss the stuff. I'm betting they just repackage whatever the customer trades in.
Which brings me to the question of how the heck do so many people lose the case and manual for games?
