best you can do is call them up and tell them what happened. i got bit by that alien breed fiasco recently so i called them about it and they filed my case and got lucky and got a refund and a bit extra. you may be sol due to their tos butt you never know till you try.

same as with games now it never feels worth it to jump in day 1 anymore. im sure this gen of consoles coming will have issues too so its better to wait 6 months to a year for them to iron out the kinks and maybe do a price drop. im not excited for the next gen as i am slightly curious.

I wanted to see if anyone else has been having problems getting uncharted 3 multiplayer to work on their ps3 super slims. aside from the 2 games i was able to play where once the games ended everything froze again so i had to unplug the system it always freezes up at the connecting , syncing...

not like this it isnt ive never had issues like this with my previous ps3s and uncharted 3. out of 39 some attempts ive only played 2 games and they both froze when the game ended.

no noise but im having a hell of a time getting uncharted 3 to work on it the mp i mean.it freezes up all he time on the connecting, syncing screen. took me 2 days to finally get past it and into a game and after the game ended it froze again.
