There's not really an address that you can email to so any questions are sent through the website or something like that. There's an input box and you type your question or request in there. Click on Customer Service

They email you. I got an email the next day after I made the request.

Huh...I got a bill from EGM for a 3-year sub...:? It wasnt even from Ziff Davis but rather a company called National Billing Services or something like that. I've since thrown it out. Meh.
