it's the same, but the middle where the X is will blue a clearish blue.

yea the only difference is on the stock controller shows only green that it's indicating, with the others being dark. if you pop in the com button into the mod, it'll be green indicator and the inactive quatrants will be blue.

the buttons, controls, everything feels the exact same. i actually prefer this one since it has a more textured feel, unlike the regular one that felt too smooth. i do see a little bit of a drain, but i can get about 20 hrs of play with it, vs 24 hrs. with the rechargeable pack, you CAN get it...

in reference to the com button in the middle, you can put the stock one into the mod case, but you'd have to take out the circuit board that's on the modded case, then pop it out and replace. i tried it, but i like the smooth black look so i switched back.
