Got Cooking Mama (Wii) for $20 at the Altoona IA target, they had 2 more left. They had a couple of the Tony Hawk game (360) for $15, but I didn't like the last couple TH games so I didn't bother. Had a bunch of other $10-30 stuff too, but it looked like mostly DS or GBA games.

The above mentioned Crimson Skies and Metal Arms are both really good. The first Halo was great Beyond Good and Evil if you've never played that The first Star Wars KOTOR is still one of my favorite games ever And if you want one more, maybe Prince of Persia Sands of Time.

Can you just get a replacement drive on Ebay and swap it out yourself? They're only $40-50 I think.

The MS component cables that came with mine went bad (giant purple bar scrolling up the screen >:( ) so hooked up one of those 3-in-1 wii/ps3/360 component cables from gamestop that I had laying around, and it seems to work fine.

That sucks, I hate the standard gigantic MS headset but I still use it because I haven't found another that has the mute on the controller and not halfway up the wire. If I want to mute in the middle of a game I don't want to take my hands off the controls to do it. :bomb:

You can always get it now and take the reciept back in for a refund of the difference if it drops within 30 days. If you really don't want to pay $17, just don't open it and return it if it doesn't drop.

My wife came home from work one day with a 360 (premium btw, not core) for me, with an extra controller. :applause: She loves the COD games, she's all excited for cod4. Oh yeah and she insisted I buy the Wii too, happened to be at Target one day and they had one so she 'made' me buy it :lol:

This is the correct answer. I paid like $500 for my projector (only 480p but it still rocks. :D ) You can get a nice 720p for like 6-800 now. You can say theres no difference in playing on SD or HD, but it's definitely a better experience playing Bioshock on a 96" HD screen with surround :lol...
