Honestly, any company that deals with sales I expect ignorance from. Maybe not everyone at said company will be ignorant, but probably most. You will probably find people that know more about these things at places that sell mainly electronics and software, but it's hardly a requirement...

You don't have to try to make something a hassle for it to actually be a hassle. The problem is they are using the same SKU. This means the main warehouses for Best Buy most likely have the old one since they buy in large bulk. It's like that for TV shows when they update the packaging. Best Buy...

It's only a hassle if you make it a hassle, I bought it using the 10% off coupon. Only the original currently, but I plan on swapping it for the platinum hits version once I find a Best Buy with it in stock. Couldn't be easier.. just have to wait to play it, but honestly, if I'm waiting this...

Single standard DVD case in size. The case has 1-2 trays to hold up to 6 discs.

Actually, it seems like it is a studio thing as Best Buy has Alias and Golden Girls ( I think?) on sale as well, but at a slightly higher price ($4 more each I believe). As to whether or not they will get more, who knows, but I don't remember seeing the place for them at my local Targets before...

The best online price for the newer packaging I've seen is Deep Discount for $43.79 (Assuming it is the newer packaging based on UPC they have listed on their site). But I have now seen the newer packaging at Sam's Club (Colorado) for ~$20 and my sister found it at BJ's Wholesale Club...

I heard that BJ's Wholesale Club has the Babylon 5 series (the repackaged versions, the UPC should start with 088 and not 085) for $14.99. I don't really have one anywhere near me though, so I can't directly confirm. Edit: I did end up finding them at Sam's Club as well, (the repackaged ones)...
