Just a heads up to check the warranty with microsoft (register it to your account). Lots of people reporting expired warranties and you have to contact Microsoft.
That seems weird, though. Like they could then call any sale they want a "Black Friday" sale and not take GCU.
The FAQ says that GCU doesn't apply to the "Thanksgiving Day physical ad or expanded digital ad."...
GCU doesn't matter much since it doesn't apply anyway. If it did, I'd be all over bloodstained, but eh.
The digital copy (of Dragon Marked for Death) only has half the characters, so physical is a much better deal.
Mistakenly put this in the PSN thread, but I'll post it here if it hasn't already been said:
If anyone's buying a PS4 Pro, Kohls has the $350 price plus 70 in Kohls cash. The caveat is that the Kohl's cash is (obviously) only valid at Kohls and only for like a week (6/17 to 6/23)

edited to add: sorry, got confused, I meant this for the general Days of Play thread and not the PSN one.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is down to 24.99 on Best Buy. Not sure if it's related to the Days of Play deals (I think it'll be 35.99 digitally) but I don't see what other store they'd be pricematching.
I was thinking I'd finally double dip on Persona 5 to have it digitally. But nope, only DLC. It blows my mind that the DLC is so expensive, even on sale.
It's convenient, but you'll have to spring a lot more money for storage than for the non portable systems. The fact that digital isn't taxed in my state, along with the gold coins, and discounts on eshop currency gives at least some discount as well.
