yeah i log in, see my 2 orders then when i try to view them to see the status nothing happens from then on. it tries to open but never does.

i cant get pass the order status page on SMB page. this is so frustrating

no email either but i called and both of my order are "in the warehouse" whatever that means. id call and find out for myself instead of waiting. i ordered one sunday and one yesterday via the cart hack and both are in the same position.

how long does it take to go from this "Your order is approved and being sent to order management." to being shipped from HP Small and Med?
