I restarted. (My digital town, that is. My original cart is still okay, and mostly item storage) There are Hello Kitty items in the update. I don't know if they are buyable or not, yet. I'll know later. 

I think I might forgo trying to figure out where I was at my town and what I need to do and just start over. Not even worried about lost rares, as I just want to relax. Maybe I'll shuffle some to my cart town, or just Action Replay to get them later. 

My local Walmart had a bunch on clearance, and a few mom&pop stores bought boxes hoping to cash in and didn't.

I don't. The main series didn't support them, and Amiibo festival was just a Mario Party clone.

I miss the older controls from 2k14, I think. It was a good game, but the career mode annoyed the hell out of me.

I restarted. I have some cards, and since it seems like several places are selling them cheaply I may pick up a few more. Didn't really care for Happy Home Designer, but I got the NFC reader too so if I need to force a villager out of my other town I can. Really, I just want Eugene in my main. ...

Check your spam filters. I had an email this morning with a 5 dollar promo code for Movies and TV, but it will work for games as well. It seems to be random so far. 

There's also 30 coins by signing into Nintendo.com So 120 weekly points, plus the Miitomo stuff.

I think it gives you those 50 before you do it. It seems like a flashier Club Nintendo, but a few of the rewards are nice. Not sure how much you get for buying games now, though.

I would like a Bravely Second code.

I'm pretty underwhelmed by the "Best of E3" sale. I swear I bought some of those games far cheaper before, and not while I had PS+.

Piracy talk is not taken very well here. This is Cheapassgamer, not Thiefassgamer. There are plenty of other forums to talk about Sky3DS.

Pretty sure this is just a bare-bones retail package. It's Capcom, though. They'll probably have some sort of DLC in the cart because that's what Capcom does. They are the masters of on-disc/cart DLC and releasing umpteen versions of the same game.

I wouldn't be that surprised if an Animal Crossing Wii U game was announced, especially with those Amiibo cards. I really hope those cards aren't expensive, but knowing Nintendo and how they seem to latch on to some of the worst aspects of online business, they probably are. 

Homepass. Never have the time to really sit and play the Streetpass games. The two new ones, especially.
