I got NBA 2k13 on Christmas Day, the last NBA 2k game I played was on the Xbox about a year or two ago. Since then I built a pretty beast pc and it is insanely smooth on pc. Mostly because more fps than xbox, but overall it just looks better. There are also mods to add in new jerseys and arenas...

I use the grid view and replace them with custom images most of the time, or put one together myself. :) Also, I am not using Windows 8, I just have a Windows 8 RTM theme on my Windows 7 (The only good thing about W8 is how it looks) *edit* link to the Windows 8 Theme

It is a pre-purchase, they charge immediately. They have been giving out Borderlands 2 keys for a day or so now. So you might get the steam key right away. I have used them about 8 times now and have never had issues paying with PayPal.

I know that Borderlands 2 is controller enabled. Steam confirms this on the store page for it. For most games Steam will display if the game is controller enabled or not. I am not sure about Dishonored, but for Borderlands 2 I am 100% certain you can. Check here on the Steam Page
