Didn't see a thread on this, so I figured I'd share. A month or two ago, I was browsing their $1.99 DVDs (mostly Miramax) and almost all were out of stock. Now everything seems to be back in stock (whether they are and do ship is another story). But with free shipping and quite a few multi-film sets I figured it was worth sharing even for stocking stuffers. I added a few notes as I know Miramax has started releasing a few larger sets with prices a little better.

Cool stuff. Is there a site that lists all combo movie discs that were ever made? For example, I've seen the Policy Academy set of 4 movies on one disc or in one package; and then I've seen some based around actors with a set of x movies with that star. I'd love to be able to search a database somewhere to see what all is available to choose from.

I don't think there's any list available, but the ones you're talking about are from Warner and are usually called "4 film Favorites". You can search for that on Amazon and see a bunch of them:

This is great. I had $4.36 left on one of those debit card gift cards, so this works out perfectly. I bought the suspense and the romantic comedy. For 601 cents a movie what the hell! My mom will at least waste 6 hours watching the comedies. :)

Maybe it will be a Christmas present. :lol:
 
What the heck. I bought the Miramax Romantic Comedy, Crime, and Suspense DVDs. I already have The Yards, Albino Alligator, and People I know from the Miramax bluray action collections. I really enjoyed "The Grifters," so that alone was worth $1.99 to me.

$7.50 and it comes with Killjoy 1-3 as an added bonus on top of Puppetmaster 1-9.

3 Discs for 12 movies is rather steep, but being Full Moon I doubt there will be any loss in quality...picture or otherwise :)
