Just checked my order history with DD, and the last order I placed with them (also the last order I EVER plan to place with them), from 10/8/2010, still shows Processing, with both movies still showing as Open. I received the second of the two movies last February at the latest. I've also had the opposite happen with them, where an order showed as complete and shipped, and it was months before I received everything in the order. DD customer service has also been an oxymoron in my experience.

SO.... if you don't care about accurate order status and halfway decent customer service, DD is for you...
