WHY should I use store pickup?
* It's fast. During store hours, you can pick up your order within 45 minutes of placing it, on average.
* It's free. Avoid shipping charges by choosing store pickup.
* It's convenient. Find reserved parking spaces (at select stores) and a line to expedite your order pickup.
HOW do I use store pickup?
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Place your item in your cart and click the Pick Up button (this button is selectable only for products with store pickup availability).
2. Click Select Store.
3. Enter your ZIP code or city/state and click Find Nearest Stores.
4. Click Select next to the store with the item in stock where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
5. After you get through checkout, wait to receive
2 e-mails from us shortly:
Order confirmation e-mail – Verifies we've received your store pickup order.
Store pickup notification e-mail – Arrives when your order is ready for pickup. It will also walk you through the steps you'll take when you get to the store.
(This e-mail arrives within 45 minutes during store hours, on average.)

WHAT do I need to bring to the store?
Attention: Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.
Within 8 days* of receiving the 2 e-mails above, please bring these items:
1. A state-issued photo ID or driver's license
2. The purchasing credit card (gift cards are not required for pickup)**
3. Your order number (listed on your store pickup notification e-mail)

WHAT should I do when I get to the store?
1. Use one of the reserved parking spaces for store pickup customers (available at select stores).
2. Present a copy of your store pickup notification e-mail to the employee at the entrance, who will direct you to Customer Service.
3. Locate the sign that says "BestBuy.com In-store Pickup." Wait in this line to expedite the pickup of your order.
NOTE: Large items (appliances, televisions, etc.) may take slightly more time to retrieve from inventory.
Low price guarantee:
If your product is available at a lower price in the store at the time of pickup, your credit card and/or gift card will automatically be adjusted to reflect the lowest available price.

Store Pickup Guarantee
When you order at BestBuy.com®, we'll have it ready 1 minute after you present your confirmation e-mail (5 minutes for larger items — see #3 below), or you get $10 off.
Follow these steps:
1. Choose store pickup and wait for your e-mail confirming the pickup is ready.
2. Present your confirmation e-mail or a valid order number to the Customer Specialist at the BestBuy.com pickup counter, and in 1 minute we'll have your order prepared for pickup.
3. NOTE: Larger items, such as major appliances, furniture and TVs over 20", require up to 5 minutes.
4. If we fail to meet our promise, we'll credit your order up to $10.
Here are the details:
* One minute starts after you have presented your photo ID, purchasing credit card and your confirmation e-mail or valid order number to us, and when Best Buy enters your order number into our computer system. Best Buy will track the time, which will end when you have the product in your possession.
* Wait time in line and the time to print your receipt not included.
* All credits will go back to the credit card or Gift Card used on the purchase. Orders less than $10 will be credited up to the amount of the purchase.
* Eligible only for customers who present their confirmation e-mail or a valid order number at the counter.
* Orders for which non-physical credit cards are used as payment (including, but not limited to, virtual or one-time-use credit cards) are excluded from the guarantee.
