I've heard that people were using these codes earlier today though.

Maybe games were supposed to be excluded, but they only caught onto that at some point during the day.
 
(Also, Electronics and Computer are two separate tabs - I'm pretty sure games are supposed to be included.)
 
Hmmm, not sure then. I got the weekly email from them last night, which mentions the 'Weekend10' code and when I tried it last night it worked fine when I tested on Books and DVD's but didn't subtract from games and the like.

Can't comment on the other code you mentioned, maybe that one worked and now doesn't.

EDIT: In response to above. Ahhh, maybe it was just broken then! :D

Hmm, did you have any 2100 point cards in your basket? That might have been the cause of the problem for me.

UPDATE: naaah... as of now, the code ZAVVI10 is accepted BUT does not apply any disount at all, code WEEKEND10 do work but at 10% not 20% as stated. oh well, just dont be greedy ok

You read my post out of context. Zavvi raise their prices whilst this type of offer is on. For instance, Xbox points are £19.99!!!
