Is Final Fantasy VII:Advent Children a qualifying item? I didn't get this email either, but I do have a login at best buy under my email address.. I don't even remember ever getting emails from them.

Yes, it works on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children DVD. I just placed my order using the 10% coupon a couple of minutes ago, saved $1.50 :).

I would have liked to have saved $6 on Beatmania.
 
this coupon works in conjunction with the buy two get one free xbox game offer :) I just used both and it took 10% off of the two highest priced games, so I saved an extra $7 and got a free game too! woohoo!!

Is there a promotion code associated with this deal? Maybe it autopopulates itself somewhere in the checkout process. If so, could you please post for those of us who didn't get the email.

Same thing here, and I never get coupons from Best Buy.com either, which is dumb because that's the only way I get stuff from them. The nearest Best Buy is 50 miles away.

i'm going to call those dumbasses and complain, and make them send the email to me.

As in permenantly ended, I mean for the duration period, the 25th - 26th.

They said there was a problem, whether that means site related issues, idk, but they did say, "there corporate people are working on it, and it may be hours or days before it's up again".

I was going to get Painkiller, Half Life 2, Hereoes of the Pacific.

It would've been around $55 and some change / total / shipped, which is $18 and some change each. A decent amount of savings on Painkiller, and like getting $1-2 off the other 2.

I'll keep checking the link, trying to sign in.
 
It worked fine for me. Actually, I had three items - Half Life 2, Ultimate Spider-Man, and X-Men Legends II for Xbox in my cart over the weekend, and when I logged in today, the 10% off was already reflected on the items. No need to even click on any email. Pretty nice deal. Plus with a $30 gift card I got for my birthday, I technically got 3 decent games for around $10.

What time was it when you placed the order?

I never received the email, and when I called customer service they were having some kind of a problem, though it wasn't explained to me exactly what the problem was, and the offer was "not" available. This was at around 4pm EST.

The lady I spoke to said:

No new emails could be sent out, even though I have an online account. Corporate people were working on the problem, and it may be a while before the offer came back online if at all, atleast for this time period, 25th-26th.
