10% Off Paypal Coupon - Errors?

Anyone else having problems with the 10% Paypal/eBay coupon that expires today? I have seen it mentioned in a TON of forums but when we are going to check out in Paypal we get the following Error Message:

"This redemption code is linked to another PayPal account and can't be used with this PayPal account."

Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Please fill a Goomba in. Thanks!

That code is the same for everyone, but it has to be activated on an account for it to work. If you're registered with eBay, they'll every so often send you a message giving you the code, thus 'activating' it on your account.

only works for accounts that received the email. If you didn't get it it wont work with your account.

I won an auction, put it in on ebay, it took the 10% off (was only 50 cents), then when it went to paypal, it kicked it off and wouldn't accept it
