Lots of great deals lately for Live Codes. Kmart has the 12 month for $36 right now as well. Both come out to roughly $3 a month. Not bad at all.

Yep, I missed the amazon Vision bundle and I missed out on the K-Mart deal too. :cry: The nearest K-Mart for me is an 1 hour there and back drive, basically $20-25 in gas for my SUV.

This deal isn't bad for those with a K-Mart near them too, if you count the $5 in gas to go, no tax for some, the home delivery, and the YMMV availibilty.

Oh, and does the K-Mart deal have the extra/ free 13th month?
 
Yes, I too would like to know more about the K-mart deal. Was it in this week's circular? I checked K-mart's website and couldn't find anything..

There you go, the extra month, free shipping & no tax makes all the difference, because by the time you drive to K-Mart, $3 in gas + tax it's going to equal $42then you still get a month less which is what $6-7 retail.
 
I went through Buy.com and with filler item, got this for 39.99. So slightly cheaper deal (actual card cost me around 36 dollars and I had to get a filler item that wound up being 3.25)
 
just an FYI, I purchased a 12+1 month for my account and it wouldn't let me update, gave me an error. Called MS they said I had to create a new GT for it work. So buy at your own risk?

Why would that be? That doesn't seem in line with their other Live subscription cards at all.

That doesnt make any sense. I bet if you call again you'll get a different answer.

Yaeh there's a thread and it was on the front page/front page of the VG deals forum, but I think it's bene pushed back a page or two.

You probably did a mistake. I've never had an issue with renewing Live either by monthly cards, yearly, or 48 hour cards.

For me the Kmart deal was best as it's right by my video store and only a few miles from my house
