12 Xbox live kit w/crismon skies for original Xbox at Game Crazy for 2.99

Holy crap, you can get a new code from an expired one? Will an email work as well? I bought the collector's edition of Dead or Alive Ultimate for five bucks recently and there was an unused three month (or was it two?) code inside, but it was expired.

Wrong. I've used one of the Crimson Skies XBL packs, and sold 6 more to co-workers [at the price I paid for them], and all have worked.
 
Where are the 12 month codes in these starter kits? Do they come inside the game case, or inside the plastic packaging, or are they floating in the box seperately?

I'll second this. I just used an old 12-month code I found in a used copy of Rainbow Six 3 I got at Gamestop for $4. Talk about a deal.
 
I did a search of all GC stores nationwide and all stores are sold out of both the MechAssault and Crimson Skies bundles. This thread can now be locked.
 
OK, I'm confused here. I found a 12 month card for the original Xbox, brand new, for $5 at a Hollywood video up the street from me. Of course I bought it and tried to enter the code this morning. Because it was so old, it was a bit hard to read after scratching off the paint, but I managed and entered the code...it then came up as non valid. Grrr...

So I tried a few more variations of the code in case I misread one of the characters and it still came up as non valid. I then called MS and they told me that I was entering the correct code, but it would only work on the original Xbox Live and not the 360 version. So do I have to create a new account to use this on the old Live and transfer it to the 360? :evil:
