Fred Meyer is mainly a Pacific Northwest retailer; it has stores in Northern CA, most of Oregon, and some of Washington. I think there are some in Boise as well.

Yeah there are many in Boise... I live in the neighboring town and we have only one. I wish they would outnumber crap stores like walmart.
