$14.99 Onimusha 3 (ps2) @ ebgames.com

Mrs. CheapyD made me buy this when it was released.
Its a solid game, but my biggest complaint is that the Jean Reno voice over ends 30 minutes or so into the game. Couldn't Capcom thow a few extra Euros Reno's way?

Look at this guys, I bought all three games at once. I used the CAG15 code, My Edge Card code and the SAVER code. It gave me free shiping for all three games. They should have charged me $2 shiping for Onimusha 3 . Excellent deal !

I just called my EB games and asked for the price of the game instore. The guy said they had two copies for $14.99, so I asked him to hold a copy for me. Hopefully the same is true for everyone else.

DAMN IT! I STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED THE FIRST ONE! I NEED MORE TIME TO PLAY GAMES! Why, oh why, do I have to hold down a job?

Great deal OP. I would be all over this, if I hadn't helped out BigLebowski and bought his copy from his current "sell it to the walls" sale.

Hey I had never played the previous two but this looks pretty intriguing and especially for the price. Is it worth buying if you havent played the other two?

Yes, in fact, I don't think you miss out on anything by not playing the first two. This one has a superior control scheme anyway.

I was intrigued when this dropped to $30...hope I can find this price B&M.....So cheapy you say Reno's voice overs are done quickly ehh??...too bad I really am a fan of his especially from "The Professional" Any reviews of the game b/c I'm hesitant of the ones that came before it....Is this more action oriented and less adventure based then the previous ones????

Onimusha 2 isn't nearly as good as 3 in my opinion as far as how it stacks up.

I would say 3 is probably the best in the best in the series, and it would be cool if they somehow make a new Onimusha series, which doesn't have to be necessarily 4.

Well, I am all over this. I tried to get it last night at GR for 9.99 on trade-in but they had no manual - so I passed. I ordered 2 and 3 for $25. I loved 1 and have been planning on getting 2 since it dropped to $10 a week ago.

the first one is amazing. I beat it once, and then started playing it again. I have the other two, but am not playing them until Christmas (when I get my katana)

To buy more games.

CheapyD was right on this one. In the beginning of the game, Reno's character speaks in French. That's when Reno's actual voice is used. When the character suddenly starts speaking english a half hour into the game (so that he can communicate with Samonuske :whistle2:k ), that voice is done by another voice actor. That was BS :x
Dont forget to pick up the sword at Defenders store for $77. :D
yes. The sword adds a lot to the game. I made sure I "tested it out" before I packed it away for Christmas.
got in on this deal, but I have the sinking feeling it'll pop up on BF for $10.
Remember a year ago when $5 was nothing
Im pretty sure onimusha means Ogre warrior not Devil Warrior. :D
According to Webster's Japanese-english dictionary it can mean Orge, demon or devil.

I jumped on this unfortunatly after tax and shipping it came closer to 19 ($18.39) but atleast it's less than 20. I was waiting for a price drop because this was the only Onimusha I was ever interested in. The edits turned me off of the first one and the second one being exclusivly in english made me go "no thanks" but the inclusion of Jean Reno for the thrid made it a "must own at some point."

Don't forget to add a cheap used game and use the aff15, saver trick. Added a cheap $1 game so it came into a bit over $16 total including tax.

Thanks BTW to the OP, now I've completed the trifecta (though I'm still stuck on the last boss in the first game, have no more healing items so i think I'm screwed, gave up awhile ago).
