15 dollar PSN credit?

Last month I definitely spent over 100 dollars on PSN and I never got the 15 dollar credit. Has everyone else got theirs? Where am I supposed to look for it? Last time it was emailed to me.

It was also sent out by email. It was a code.

Double check your spending too. You can look at your transaction history on the computer.
