1600 MS Point card deals

Im looking to buy the new Fallout 3 DLC so I was wondering if anyone knows any deals on the 1600 Microsoft point cards.
 
Bro, be on the lookout for the next few months. Currently there is nothing available online (and ebay is full of crap)
 
Is there a way to know when the broken steel pack (or mothership zeta) will have the reduced price on the xbox live marketplace?
 
I'm not sure where to post this since you have to be 30 days old for the trading section, but I am willing to buy 1600 Microsoft points for $15-20
from anyone that I can verify is legitimate somehow.
