I know it's not the greatest deal in the world, but the website has them listed as "In stock"...

www.videodirect.com - They are a video equipment store out of FL

Listed as $119.95 with $6.95 UPS shipping.

I just ordered and in my confirmation email it is written:

"Thank you for your order. Although we try to keep our "in stock" status
accurate, this status is subject to change without notice. If delivery
requirements are critical, we would recommend that you call 1-800-368-5020
between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST Monday-Friday to receive an up to the minute
stock status."

Memory Stick Duo (non-Pro) is slower in transfer rate, and limited in size to either 128MB or 256MB.

Pro Duo goes up to 1GB in size (for now) and has a 2x transfer rate over the non-Pro Duo.
