2/5 Amazon TIV of the DAY ( PS3 ) Borderlands $33.00

eh that's okay. I can get that much or more locally @ gc with their 30% extra trade in towards bioshock or gs has a similar deal like that. but if you don't like either store and want more choices to buy something with ya credit then amazon would be it.

I agree, I am tempted...I have been playing this splitscreen with a friend but the game can be annoying. The vehicle is a pain, everything looks the same and its a pain to get around. Also there seems to be a lack of quests, we have to grind and good luck finding the proper spot. I bought this game for 35 bucks so not much of a loss here. I have been wondering how does this game compare to Fallout 3 as far as single player experiences go?

Even if your GS pricing is true, the tax would be the deciding factor for some. (like me in WA). Amazon is not tax free for everyone! But, luckily WA does allow GS credit to be tax free so, Game Stop would net me over a $34 savings.

Are you going to argue simple math? GS TIV is $23.25 even with a 30% bonus + edge you are going to get $32.55, which is less than $33.

GS
TIV - $23.25
30% Bonus - $6.975
10% Edge - $2.325
Total = $32.55

Unless you are specifically talking about GC, then don't mention GS.

The cool thing about this is that you can lock in the 33.00 TIV now and hang on to the game for another week. I'm close to finishing this so this is a tempting deal.
