What's the best place to buy Nightfall (cheapest)? I only want it for the skills and Heroes unlocks. I already own Prophecies, Factions, and pre-ordered Eye of the North.

and also cheapest place to buy a City of Heroes time card. They're all sold out on buy.com :(

I'm an idiot, nvm. I misread the post, sorry...
 
I'm pretty sure they stopped making game-branded time cards and only go with PlayNC cards now, so stores will probably clear out the old stock in the near future. I know CompUSA had City of Villains and Auto Assault cards for $10 last holiday season, and Lineage II cards for as low as $3 - all of which are good for any NCsoft subscription-based game.
