to return one game, you have to take in all 3, they then resell you out the other 2...this will probably void out the B2G1 deal.
you can do a 1v1 swap if the store has the game you're looking for, though...you just can't flat out return one game

im not talking about returns, but actually exchaning the games that were paid in full for the same priced games.

If you get a nice enough returns person. I wouldn't go in during the morning hours, as that person probably just got done trying to balance all the tills out from last night. XD

Are you talking about placeholders? Because you technically can do it, but just make sure the game you are trying to swap out isn't the free one, because generally they probably won't do it on the free one since that means they will have to manually zero it out in the system when they swap it.
