Best way to just get the credit for another game is preorder GTA4, come back another day and just say you don't want GTA4 anymore. Then use the money from the deal towards another game.

This was actually at the bottom of an ad in EGM saying text this number for a surprise.
Also, I don't know if it stacks with a MVP card.

In the text message it says "Use credit toward reservations of GTAIV" so some sales reps might interpret that as 20% extra only if towards GTA4
