I'm not much of a Kmart shopper, so I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me.

Thanks to past promotions, I have a decent amount of Shop Your Way Reward points saved up. Would I be able to use them when I purchase the 3DS XL and still get the $20 coupon?

Yes, but it may make everything go weird if you try to return the console within the 30 day window.
