This is a great deal in conjunction with the one going on at deepdiscount. Specifically, it's good with Criterion's. Here's an example from my wishlist.

Hiroshima Mon Amour is $32.15 at DDD. At DVDPlanet it's $25.97. That's a pretty big difference.

It's worth comparing prices at both to see if you can get a better deal. Enjoy!

I'm not sure about the terms. I know it works on used stuff, so that's pretty cool. I also imagine that it ends on the 17th like the DD sale.

Unfortunately, nothing on my DDD wishlist is cheaper at DVDPlanet--- but, if I can score the PPG Season 1 now instead of waiting for the next sale, I'm there. :whistle2:D

If anyone still wants any of the Fullmetal Alchemist DVDs, they are only $14.98 at DVDplanet, bringing them to $12 each after discount. Very good deal.

Oh boy... I did it this month. Patio furniture, a shade for the deck (as it's been SUPER warm here, and my condo needed all the help it could get keeping things cool), discs from DDD just ordered today (Red Sox 1996 Box Set, Cinderella Man HD-DVD, Hellboy Blu-Ray, and Batman Begins HD-DVD), and now both Pirates movies on Blu-Ray from DVD Planet.

Definately some good deals on the movies with the 20% off codes... but I might be paying off the credit cards for a while...
 
I was hoping they would have the slim set of Angel Season 3 since Deep Discount doesn't have it, but like DD they only have the fat sets, which after coupon are more expensive then the slim set price at Amazon. :roll:

They ship from the same warehouse so they basically have the same stock, sometimes it takes one store a little longer than the other to update information or change prices, but for the most part they are the same.

I've been thinking about the Malle set. I watched Elevator to the Gallows last night and it was fantastic. I've just heard that two of three movies are just o.k.

And I'm getting kind of frustrated for the sllloooowww processing. There's no excuse for nothing being shipped for 2 days.
