Not sure how much of a deal this is, but if you're like me and a big fan of the series, 20$ is a steal.

Got mine in Montreal, there's one more in Qc. Not sure how many are left and where, but you can check their website if you're interested.

There's this store in a mall I go to, that sells Lords of Shadows CEs that give codes for Symphony of the Night. They also have some games cheaper than other places, I picked up Sly Collection from them for 19.93. They also had a few copies of Bayonetta for 19.93.

I'm pretty sure EB has been selling R2CE for $20 since at least last summer.
