200 free Microsoft Points [Dead]

False alarm on the logged out thing I suck at spelling apparently heh. Also, I don't see this being so widespread that anyone will be banned. Plus it may be hard to prove just who are getting the free points as opposed to people buying cards at stores.
 
I can't figure it out.

The first two accounts I got, 400 points and then 200.

Then, the next 9 times, I've done everything the same and it goes straight to Windows Live toolbar.
 
This is working surprisingly well. I don't have an Xbox but I made a Live Account. So pretty much once I get one and input my console number online I'll have all my points?

You can log on your Xbox Live account from xbox.com and enter codes from there, too.

And also, yes, USB keyboards should work on your console.

I couldn't get it to work on the website, but downloading MSN worked for me.

Just did it again and only got 200 again. What denominations are they coming in?

The nice thing was that this time it tool less than a minute. The first time I had to hit 'y' for over 10 minutes to get the second rate exceeded message. This time it came up after just a few times. Wierd.

I just tried a third time and just got a request to download the toolbar without any offer of points :cry:. I guess the jig is up on my computer... 400 points total - one cheapy XBLA game, not too bad I guess.
 
i tried downloading a few arcade games/gamer pics and some of them won't download... i get a message like "cannot download at the momment" or something of that sort.

oh well i'm assuming it's a crap load of traffic cause of all the new E3 stuff, just keep trying tomorrow.

Ok, so maybe they aren't IP logging? I tried on a different computer in my house and got 200 points. Then I got nothing from a second account there. Then I got 100 points from a third one. I'd like to hit the 1000 or 4000 jackpots so I can go to bed ;).

But this is WAY more fun than those referral site dealies. I actually play a few rounds of hangman when I'm doing it. It's fun and I think it makes the rate exceeded thing come pretty fast.

I'm up to 700 points total now. I'm going to get at least enough for an 800 point splurge - maybe Pac-Man CE.

I really am supposed to be working, or at least playing the Blue Dragon demo. Oh well, both of those can wait...

Yeah, no kidding, I'm going to keep going too. My Blue Dragon download is stuck at 59% anyway (it was making good time for a while) so I just shut the 360 down and will do this for my gaming pleasure tonight! (Some ASCII Hangman - yeah!). And the work I can make up tomorrow - yeah, that's the ticket!

I'm back on my first computer, so we'll see how it goes.

But it really seems like there is another option - and that is zero points (ie, no offer of points for the toolbar download). So far it has gone like this for me: 200, 200, 0, 200, 0, 100.

Edit - sweet, just got a 400 point code. This has got to be one of the most bizarre promos I've ever seen.

that's crazy you still dont have the demo done, I have really slow net compared to everyone I know online (my max download is about 170/KBps) and I had blue dragon finished downloading several hours ago it took maybe two hours to download a tmost.

Yeah, it has been close to 4 hours now. Oh well, had it come down faster I might have played that instead of clicking on this thread!

Keep trying. Since I restarted I've gotten 400,100,200,400.
 
how are u guys getting them so many time, ive been trying for like an hour and still havent gotten em. what are u guys sayin?
 
two quick questions:

1) has anyone got this to work with the web version of Smarterchild?
2) am I understanding correctly that you can simply type "done" and it will give you the code regardless of whether you actually installed the toolbar or not?
